Hearing impairment
Tickets can be booked directly via our website.
At reception, our staff are attentive to the needs of people who are deaf or hard of hearing, adapting their speech in writing or allowing lip-reading.

Menta Handicap
Our guides tailor their tours to suit the public and pay particular attention to people with mental disabilities.
Access to the trails is completely independent and without difficulty.

Motor Disability
Unfortunately, the topography of the Cité de Pierres site means that it is not accessible to wheelchair users. The car park has disabled access spaces and the toilets are accessible.
Visitors can take a small train up just two steps to discover the site with a guided tour led by the driver.
Visual Disability
Guide dogs are permitted throughout the site and on the tourist train.
Our receptionists will be happy to point out the most suitable routes. It is advisable to be accompanied on your visit.
Our guides can describe the scenery aloud if you take the mini-train.
